Got a temporary or paper plate?

Temp tags can't be read by our cameras. If you're driving with a temporary plate while you wait for your permanent one, we'll set you up with a temporary RFID sticker. Just flag it on the form below — when your permanent plate arrives, come back and update so we can register it with the cameras too.

Important

Don't transfer your old sticker — you don't need it anymore! Discard it. It'll be deactivated when we process your change.

Double-check your new plate. Even one wrong character will lock you out at the wash entrance once we process the change.

Common questions

Do I need to pick up a new pass?

Nope! Your license plate is your new wash pass. Once we process your change on our end, just drive up — our cameras will scan your new vehicle and let you through. No sticker, no visit needed.

I have a temporary or paper plate.

Temp plates can't be read by our cameras, so we'll set you up with a temporary RFID sticker while you wait for your permanent plate. Flag it on the form below and we'll have your sticker ready for pickup. When your permanent plate arrives, update us again and we'll register it with our cameras — your sticker stays put as a backup.

My vehicle is the same — just my plate is changing.

Once your permanent plate arrives, come back to this form and update your account so we can switch you over to camera recognition.
Authorization & Agreement

By submitting and signing this form, I authorize Star Brite Car Wash to update my registered vehicle and confirm:

✓ I am the account holder or am authorized to make changes to this membership.

✓ The license plate information I provided is accurate and current. I understand that even one incorrect character may prevent my vehicle from being recognized at the wash entrance.

✓ My new license plate becomes my wash pass — Star Brite's cameras will read it to identify my membership when I drive up.

✓ Any RFID sticker on my previous vehicle will be deactivated. I will discard it and not transfer it to another vehicle.

✓ If I am driving with a temporary or paper plate, Star Brite will issue me a temporary RFID sticker. I agree to return and update my account once my permanent plate is issued so it can be registered with the cameras. My RFID sticker will remain active as a secondary entry method.

✓ My membership tier, billing cycle, and benefits remain unchanged by this update.

This authorization applies only to the vehicle change requested above. All other terms of my Star Brite Car Wash membership continue to apply.
