Instead of issuing a new sticker, we deactivate the old one and make sure your plate is registered with our cameras. Drive up, get scanned, get washed. That simple — and no charge; your membership stays exactly the same.

If you don't have a sticker either

Authorization & Agreement

By submitting and signing this form, I authorize Star Brite Car Wash to deactivate my RFID sticker and switch my account to license plate entry. I confirm:

✓ I am the account holder or am authorized to make changes to this membership.

✓ My existing RFID sticker on file will be deactivated and can no longer be used at the wash entrance.

✓ The license plate information I provided is accurate and current. I understand that even one incorrect character may prevent my vehicle from being recognized at the wash entrance.

✓ My license plate will be my method of entry at the wash going forward, read by Star Brite's cameras.

✓ I have a permanent (not temporary or paper) license plate on my vehicle. If I am driving with a temp plate, I understand this form is not the right one for me — I will keep my sticker active until my permanent plate arrives.

✓ My membership tier, billing cycle, and benefits remain unchanged by this update.

This authorization applies only to the sticker deactivation and LPR registration requested above. All other terms of my Star Brite Car Wash membership continue to apply.
