Is it really free?
Yes — seven days at the level you pick, no charge. We only ask for a card so your membership can continue without a gap if you decide to stay.
Who can use the free trial?
New customers only — drivers whose vehicle isn't already registered in our system. It's not available to current members, and it's one free trial per vehicle.
What happens after 7 days?
The membership you picked begins automatically on day 8 at its monthly rate plus 6% PA tax.
What if it rains?
We're open every clear day. Like all car washes, we close during heavy rain — washing right before a storm doesn't do much good anyway. Your 7‑day trial covers a full week, so an occasional rainy day just means we're closed that day; your trial dates and billing date don't change, and you've paid nothing either way.
How do I cancel?
Cancel online at StarBriteCW.com/cancel any time before day 8 and you're never charged. It's as easy as signing up — no phone call required.
How do the cameras work?
Our license-plate readers recognize your car at the lane and open the gate automatically. No sticker to install, no code to remember.
Can I add another vehicle?
The free trial covers one vehicle. Once you're a member, additional vehicles are offered at a discount — about half the price of your first plan — so you can keep the whole driveway clean.
