Some plates have small stacked numbers or letters off to one side — usually a state symbol, county code, or extra digits. Our cameras don't read those.

By submitting and signing this form, I authorize Star Brite Car Wash to update the license plate on file for my registered vehicle and confirm:

✓ I am the account holder or am authorized to make changes to this membership.

✓ The license plate information I provided is accurate and current. I understand that even one incorrect character may prevent my vehicle from being recognized at the wash entrance.

✓ My new license plate will be registered with Star Brite's cameras to identify my membership at the wash entrance.

✓ The previous license plate on file will be removed from Star Brite's camera system.

✓ Any RFID sticker currently on this vehicle remains active as a secondary entry method.

✓ If I am driving with a temporary or paper plate, any existing RFID sticker on this vehicle will be my entry method until my permanent plate arrives. I agree to return and update this form when my permanent plate is issued so it can be registered with the cameras.

✓ My membership tier, billing cycle, and benefits remain unchanged by this update.

This authorization applies only to the license plate update requested above. All other terms of my Star Brite Car Wash membership continue to apply.
