How does your monthly program work?

Our monthly options are the price of two single washes or less. We apply a small sticker, to the top left of your windshield (next to where your oil sticker would go).  To get your car washed, simply pull into our drive-thru lanes. Your vehicle will be recognized and grant you access.  You are  pre-paid, just drive up and wash.

How many times can I wash with a membership?

Registered vehicles may wash as often as once a day, every day of the month.  We are open everyday, except when it is raining, snowing, or a major holiday. Please follow general weather forecasts and our social media for closures and delays.

How do I register my vehicle for a wash pass?

Can I use my membership for multiple vehicles?

We are honored that you want all your vehicles to have that Star Brite shine!  Your membership is for your vehicle only, but you can add additional vehicles to your account.  Each additional vehicle adds $9.99/month + tax to your account.  All additional vehicles receive the same wash plan for each vehicle. Can I transfer my membership to a different vehicle?

Of course! Everyone is always upgrading and changing vehicles. This does require a new sticker from us. Change your vehicle here and we’ll prepare a new sticker for you for your next visit. Or stop by in person and we will update your account quickly.

How do I cancel my membership?

If you wish to cancel your membership you can do so by going here (encouraged), in person at our facility, or by calling 215-550-7827.  Make sure to cancel at least 24 hours before your next billing cycle to avoid being charged.  Please note that we cannot issue refunds for past cycles.

Do you have a referral program?

Oh yes we do! Thank you for spreading the good word about us! When your friend joins, please let them know to mention you or your account to us.

When they renew their second month, you will receive a free month of service on your primary vehicle. There is no limit, so keep telling your friends and have them drop your name!!

How do I update my billing information for my membership?

Stop by and see an attendant to modify your method of payment.  We cannot update cards over the phone or online yet – cards must be present and swiped in person to update your account.  More information about this here.

How do I pay for my membership?

Your credit card used when you join will be automatically charged for your membership each month. We take our guests’ private information very seriously and would do nothing to compromise this trust. You can count on us! All transactions are on a monthly schedule.  Easy stop/pause/cancel anytime here.

When will I be billed for my membership?

Your credit card will be billed each month on the anniversary of your signup date.  Example, if you sign up on October 12, your next charge will be November 12, December 12, January 12, and so forth.

I ripped my sticker off, why am I still being charged?

Ripping your sticker off your windshield doesn’t stop your account.  If you wish to cancel your membership you can do so by going here (encouraged), in person at our facility, or by calling 215-550-7827.  Make sure to cancel at least 24 hours before your next billing cycle to avoid being charged.  Please note that we cannot issue refunds for past cycles.

Can I request monthly receipts for my records & reimbursement?
