How do I use a gift card?
You have a gift card of ours! Excellent!!
Come visit us at the County Line Plaza shopping center. Drive-thru lanes are by the center of the shopping center, near the 3-way stop sign. Enter any lane, select the car wash desired. When you get to the cash or credit screen, swipe your gift card as directed. Press “PRINT RECEIPT” if you’d like to see the gift card balance.
If you need any assistance, press the black help button and a crew member will give you a hand.
How do I check a gift card balance?
You can check the balance by going here or visiting our location, or calling us. Please have your gift card number ready.
Can I apply a gift card balance to a membership?
Gift card balances can be used towards a fully prepaid 1, 3, 6, or 12 month Unlimited Wash Club membership in-store.
Does my gift card expire?
Gift cards do not expire.
Can I use two gift cards for one transaction?
No – only one gift card can be used per transaction. You will have to merge the two cards together. You can submit a merge request here, or stop by and see a crew member.
I lost my gift card!
Sorry, we cannot replace lost or stolen gift cards.
Can we buy gift cards at Costco still?
In our second year of operation, our gift cards were proudly sold at Costco Montgomeryville. We still advertise their logo, “As Seen in Costco Montgomeryville.” Unfortunately, we are no longer offered on their gift card racks. 🙁
