Membership Terms
How your wash pass works, in plain English.
🚗Your wash pass
- One wash per business day for each registered vehicle.
- Only the vehicles registered on your account are covered.
🌧️When we’re closed
We may close on days with rain or snow in the forecast, on holidays, or when our equipment needs repair. Check live.starbritecw.com before you head over.
💳Billing
Your membership renews automatically, and your card is charged every month on your start date. By joining, you authorize these monthly totals (tax included):

✋Canceling or pausing
- Cancel anytime online, by phone at 215-550-7827, or in person by filling out a cancellation form.
- Cancel at least 24 hours before your billing date to avoid that month’s charge.
- No refunds or credits for partial months.
🎁Gift cards
Star Brite gift cards are for single car washes only. They can’t be applied to Wash Club memberships or prepaid passes. Gift cards do not expire.
📋Our part
- We can cancel a membership at any time, for any reason, including abuse.
- We don’t keep full card numbers on file, locally or digitally. See our Privacy Policy.
