This page explains what information Star Brite Car Wash collects on starbritecw.com and at the wash, what we do with it, and the choices you have. We’re a local, family-run car wash. We don’t sell your information.

What we collect

What you type into our forms. Name, email, phone, mailing address, vehicle details (make, model, color, license plate), and your wash plan. Job applications also collect your work history and any résumé you upload.
Payment details. Membership, trial, gift card and prepaid forms ask for a debit or credit card so we can bill you. We do not keep full card numbers on file, locally or digitally.
Your license plate at the wash. Our cameras read plates as cars enter so members can drive through without a sticker or app. We use this to recognize members and run the wash.
How the website is used. Koko Analytics, Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity show us which pages people visit and where our forms are confusing.
Messages you send us. Contact form messages and emails to mail@starbritecw.com.

How we use it

To set up and run your membership, trial, freeze, cancellation, gift card or prepaid pass, and to bill the card you gave us.
To email you about your account: confirmations, card problems, pass expirations and freeze resume dates.
To answer your messages and review job applications.
To keep the website working and make it easier to use.

Who we share it with

We don’t sell or rent your information. It’s handled only by the services we use to run the business: our website host, our car wash point-of-sale system, the card processor that charges your card, our email provider, and the analytics tools listed above. We may also share information if the law requires it.

Cookies and your choices

The site uses cookies for analytics and to remember choices like your language. You can turn off non-essential cookies with the cookie banner or in your browser settings. Every email we send is about your own account; if you’d rather not get a type of email, just reply and tell us.

Seeing, fixing or deleting your information

Want a copy of what we have, a correction, or your records deleted? Email mail@starbritecw.com or call 215-550-7827. We may need to keep some records (like billing history) for as long as the law requires.

Kids

Our website isn’t meant for children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If we change this policy, we’ll update the date at the top of this page.
