Your membership has been submitted. We’ll set up your account and register your license plate with our cameras — usually pretty quick.

⚠️ Watch for your welcome email before visiting.

It means your plate is registered with our cameras and you’re ready to wash. Check your spam folder if you don’t see it within a few hours.

🎯 When your email arrives:

Pull up to the kiosk like normal. Our cameras will recognize your plate, the kiosk will ask if you’d like to add any à la carte extras (air fresheners, detail products, etc.), and the gate will open when it’s your turn.

If our cameras don’t pick up your plate:

Weather, dirt, or unusual lighting can cause this occasionally. Press RESCAN on the kiosk. If that doesn’t work, press HELP and we’ll get you in.
